Competition is about to get real. With that said, the world leaders are competing with Trump and it appears the "Art of the Deal" may be working for the USA. Markets are weaker leading to lower interest rates and it's a matter of time to see if this will pay off. Interesting stats in home buying according to a survey by Knight Frank India, "While both Gen Z and Millennials express interest in homeownership, Millennials are currently the largest group of homebuyers, making up 38% of the market, while Gen Z, though eager, are still building their financial footing and entering the market."

Homelessness continues to rise throughout the nation but more so in California. Governor Gavin Newsome said he would fix this but there is no end in sight. Are there really nonprofits trying to solve the problem? Are they trying "to get rich" off these programs rather than help those in need? Maybe. The New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers are trying to one up each other by making fantastic trades. The money behind each team is extraordinary. There are 7,322 people experiencing homelessness in Orange County, California. Mansion Tax destroyed Real Estate Sales Volume and Keith Fromm's lawsuit to Defeat bad policy in LA

Measure ULA aka Mansion Tax increases real estate transfer taxes in the City of Los Angeles, which are levied when a property is sold regardless if the property owner nets or loses on the sale. The city of Los Angeles taxes all real estate transactions at 0.45% but with this new additional transfer tax also known as measure ula or homelessness and housing solutions tax. Taxes transactions between $5.15M to $10.3M at 4% of the sale price, and Those valued at $10.3M and above at 5.5% of the sale price.
